Staff were very helpful. I had pre booked breakfast in a box. Unfortunately the delivery hadn't arrived. Receptionist was very apologetic and explained I will be refunded the cost. This wasn't a problem for me because there are several places to eat locally. The accommodation is basic but very clean. Bed was comfortable. Room has tea and coffee making facilities (if you run out, there is more available opposite reception) Spare towels, pillows and a hairdryer in the room. Flat screen TV with remote.(I didn't switch it on, my choice) Plenty of car parking available. Value for money? Yes. I would stay here again.

Large clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, pillows could be better. Smelt nice and clean throughout. Great location, broke up a long journey home. Next to services with starbucks, burger king, subway and whsmiths. 2 lovely ladies on reception when we arrived. Dog friendly Plenty of parking We would stay again but will ask for a room upstairs.

Staff are always exceptionally welcoming and friendly . There is plenty of parking and great space to walk the dogs ( which are also welcomed). A range of snacks and drinks available to buy and a toaster available ! There are eateries and the designer shopping outlet within walking distance .Excellent value for money .

Staff were wonderful, so kind and considerate, even more so when they had to deal with a member of the public who had collapsed at the reception desk. They were very professional and civic minded. The beds were so very comfortable. I can’t tell you! Absolutely loved them. Lovely sheets, lovely pillows, top drawer.
